Realva Mass Mail Sender (RMMS) is a Reliable direct mail delivering and newsletter sending program with HTML support. The number of email recipients in lists and the number of lists are unlimited. You can include each customers name in the individual emails sent. Email addresses and names can be imported from MS Access Database , Excel Spreadsheet or a simple text file.RMMS is a stand-alone mass email software. The only requirement is an Internet connection. The program has its own high speed SMTP server located at TAMPA FL, USA and delivers email messages directly to the recipients by passing your ISP mail system. Alternatively You also have the option for specifying your own smtp mail server. Options for monitoring the emails sent are included in the software. Realva Mass Mail Sender is perfect for sending personalized e-mails in bulk. Greatest advantage of RMMS is that none of the messages sent will go to the junk mail folder neither do any mails gets rejected due its builtin Mail server specifications located at tampa, FL.
