Vital Desktop Video allows you to place a movie on your desktop underneath the icons. This is like animated wallpaper but much, much faster. And YOU get to choose what moves on the desktop...You have seen other animated wallpapers: Vital Desktop Video blows them all out of the water. Full speed, full screen video animation -- and YOU get to choose the video. We have provided a sample video for you to use, but this software could be used for any video you currently have stored on your PC.
