Bill Pay Software lets you keep control of bill payment while eliminating the tedious routine of writing checks – all from the security and comfort of your business. Simply enter your bills into Bill Pay one time, tell it which bills to pay, when to pay them and how much, and the rest is automated. Using inexpensive blank paper check stock, the printer produces checks for all the bills that need to be paid. You can print detailed, custom reports showing the history of all payments by payee, by month, etc. The software even handles recurring payments of variable amounts, like utility bills. Envelopes can be printed for bills that do not have a return envelope. There is a built-in Calendar so you can see what payments are scheduled for the future. You can view and even print checks in advance of their due date; reprint checks at any time; VOID checks; print all checks due or select which checks you want to print; make payments from multiple bank accounts; skip payments. Checks can be printed on almost any printer and do not need special magnetic toner.
