Many people hate paying bills every month but are not willing to risk putting their bank information on the Internet.

Some people like the ease of online payments but many of them are experiencing problems such as late payments and the loss of the float on their money. Service companies usually deduct money early from the customer’s bank account and, often times, pay their bills late.

There is a need for people like yourself to start a local Bill-Payment service. Your potential customers range from your family, friends and neighbors to local businesses, retirees, residents of nursing homes and even banks themselves!

Many banks would like to be in the bill payment business but do not want to invest in expensive online technology. You can offer them a local solution.

Bill Pay software organizes and tracks what bills are due and when; handles one-time payments and recurring payments of the same amount or variable amounts; detailed Custom Reports – show all payments by Payor / Payee for any date range; import Payor and Payee data.

Print MICR-encoded checks using a LaserJet printer, MICR toner and blank paper check stock or use the optional ACH module to create a Nacha file for electronic bill payment.
