With DNS Blacklist Plus you can check and see if a particular host is blacklisted on any blacklists. Simply type in the IP address or domain name and you will see a list of blacklist servers. If the host is blacklisted on one of the servers you can click on the url and a web page will open with information on how you can remove the host from the blacklist.
