This antivirus program for your home or office computer is easy onsystem resources and simple to install and use. The fully automatedupdate process will keep your computer protected at all times.Components include AVG Email Scanner, which checks your incoming andoutgoing e-mail for viruses; AVG Resident Shield, which checks forviruses as files are opened, executed, and saved, and will prevent youfrom opening or running an infected file; and AVG Virus Vault, a placewhere infected files are isolated so they cannot cause damage to yoursystem. Version 7.5 includes improved virus detection based on betterheuristics and NTFS data stream scanning, smaller installation andupdate files, and an improved user interface. The newest version isalso compatible with Windows Vista.
